From Mexico to Central and South America, the Caribbean, the Middle and Far East, we tirelessly champion the rights of companion animals, whether homeless or not, promoting the cultural change necessary so that dogs and cats may eventually live the pain free existence they deserve. Living instead of simply existing, invisible on the streets of impoverished communities all over the developing world.

This is the organization that partnered with Laura and others in setting up a free spay/neuter clinic along the Ballena Coast in Costa Rica, where Laura lived.
